Tijuana city streets, public transportation and Salvia divinorum

I don't like Tijuana as a place to live, maybe to work, but for nothing else. I'm from a relative little town, and this is not my kind of city. Fortunately, the reason of staying here is because of my work, and I want to leave this place asap.

This is one of the worst developed cities, with a totally unplanified scheme. Instead of get a better use of living next to the US, it's content by getting the leftovers of its neighbor.

Specially on cars, public transportation is one of the ugliest in the world, with my short experience on cities (I've just lived in some cities in Mexico and some in California) I can tell that Tijuana with few exceptions, has the most wrecked buses, cars and taxies of all the world. Compared only to places like China.

The roads are unbearable, you can find a hole every 100 meters, even in the most important avenues in the city. The streets are not marked, even for a small street, and there are not enough signs.

The good new is that dollars are all around the city, for someone smart, it's possible to use one or the other to get the most of them.

My opinion is that we could make good business with salvia divinorum, once this crisis pass.
